I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gallery Palace Hotel in Tbilisi for a family vacation, and our experience was quite illuminating. As a family seeking a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, we appreciated the attentive service from the staff, especially receptionist Inna, who seemed genuinely invested in our comfort. The location, just behind Galleria Tbilisi and Freedom Square, was perfect for family outings. We loved being in the heart of the city while still enjoying a peaceful environment. Although some renovations were underway, it didn't detract from our enjoyment. The rich breakfast served until 11 AM was a hit, allowing us to indulge without rush. We faced an issue with cold water in our room, which the staff promptly fixed. We highly recommend the Gallery Palace Hotel for families, and we look forward to returning!
